Senior Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic school. The post will be for 31 hours per week. Based on their skills and experience, the successful candidate will be leading lessons, providing general learning support, 1:1 support , carrying out interventions across the school and supporting our pupil’s emotional wellbeing. 

The successful candidates will need to have:

•NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Supporting Teaching and Learning 

• Experience of working with children in the primary range 

• High expectations of what children can achieve

• Experience of supporting pupils with communication and emotional / behavioural difficulties
