Required from September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter, a committed and highly motivated Senior Teaching Assistant with a background in BESD. The successful candidate will support the senior management of the school in improving pupil character and outcomes (including attendance) by addressing the needs of pupils who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning; developing and implementing interventions for some of our more vulnerable learners.
