The opportunity

The Technical Scrum Lead, Senior Specialist is responsible for leading Agile development teams, ensuring seamless execution of sprints and driving high-quality software delivery. This role involves coaching teams on Agile best practices, resolving roadblocks and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, while coaching teams on Agile best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define sprint goals, prioritize backlog items and ensure smooth execution of development activities within Agile frameworks.
