Senior Tax Manager/Tax Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced SeniorTaxManager or TaxManager to join our Windsor office in a key leadership role aligned with our succession planning strategy. This position is intended to strengthen both our Canadian and cross‑border tax practices and offers the opportunity to work closely with the Partners on complex tax planning initiatives. Thesuccessful candidate will progressively assume greater responsibility within the practice and play an integral role in its continued growth and long‑term leadershiptransition.

• Lead and review T1, T2, and T3 taxengagements
• Deliver advanced tax planning solutions for owner‑managed businesses and high‑net‑worthclients
• Support corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and estatestrategies
