Senior Tax Accountant

The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving the company's PEZA and investment incentives compliance framework. The role will ensure timely submission of all PEZA regulatory requirements, maintenance of incentive eligibility, coordination with government agencies, management of compliance audits, and mitigation of regulatory risks that may impact the company's incentives and operating licenses. This position serves as the primary liaison with PEZA, BOI, BIR, and other regulatory agencies, while providing strategic guidance to management on incentive compliance matters.
