Role Overview:

You will own end-to-end hiring for key roles and partner closely with business leaders to drive fast, high-quality recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across tech and non-tech roles
  • Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
  • Partner with hiring managers on role clarity, scorecards, and closures
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and process discipline
  • Build pipelines for critical and recurring positions
