Job Description

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) seeks a Principal Advisor, Talent and Organisational Development in Wellington on a fixed-term basis to 30 June 2027. This role leads the design and implementation of strategies shaping NEMA’s organisation and culture, and provides guidance to ELT on Leadership and People initiatives.

You will drive organisational development, recruitment and induction in partnership with ELT/SMT, advise on culture, and support data-driven process improvements
