Lincoln Avenue Communities in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Senior Specialist of Talent & HR to own the candidate and new-hire experience end-to-end, delivering a high-touch onboarding and recruitment process across the firm.

You'll support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, manage ATS, partner with managers, run the summer internship program, and help scale HR operations with thoughtful, data-driven practices in a fast-paced environment.
