About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle hiring process and drive high-quality, timely hires aligned with business goals.
You’ll work directly with founders and department heads on senior and critical hires across Engineering, Product, and Business roles.
You’ll partner closely with a Talent Sourcer, while remaining hands-on yourself - independently sourcing candidates when needed, building and maintaining strong pipelines, and ensuring hiring momentum, even in complex or senior-level searches.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, structured interviewing skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
