Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across our technical and graduate hiring. You'll be the talent partner for hiring managers across TIME dotCom—sourcing and closing specialist candidates, running our graduate intake, and keeping our recruitment systems and reporting sharp. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable headhunting a niche candidate, running a structured graduate campaign, and pulling a clean hiring dashboard for management.

Full-cycle technical recruitment

• Manage end-to-end hiring for specialist and IT roles, including data analytics, network engineering, cybersecurity, software, and cloud
