The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruitment for mid- to Senior-level roles across North America, including crypto, stablecoin, and blockchain functions. This role partners with business leaders and People & Capability teams to develop effective hiring strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, enhance the candidate experience, and provide recruiting insights.
Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to Senior-level positions across North America.
+ Develop and execute recruiting strategies using internal and external talent pools.
+ Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide market insights.
+ Deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
+ Collaborate with People Business Partners, Compensation, and Global Mobility teams.
