About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (4–6 years) who is passionate about hiring top IT talent and confident navigating a competitive market using modern, AI-enabled and data-driven recruitment practices.

At Celfocus, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced technology environment, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week working from the office and the remaining days remote.

As a part of your job, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience aligned with Celfocus' culture.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers through detailed role briefings and continuous alignment.
