About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (4–6 years) who is passionate about hiring top IT talent and confident navigating a competitive market using modern, AI-enabled and data-driven recruitment practices.
At Celfocus, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced technology environment, partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week working from the office and the remaining days remote.
As a part of your job, you will:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience aligned with Celfocus' culture.
Partner with Hiring Managers through detailed role briefings and continuous alignment.
Source, attract, and map talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple sourcing strategies.
