Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
• Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meeting, composing JD, job posting, candidate searching & selection, interview arrangement, offer management and onboarding follow-up for all-level positions in China
• Lead recruitment activities and setup cross-area talent supply strategy & mechanism for Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan and Hong Kong)
• Track and ensure the quality of recruitment to meet the target KPIs including but not limited to:
o Time to Hire
o Diversity
o Early Leaver
o Sourcing Channel
o Process compliance & data integrity
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business and HR stakeholders to collectively drive recruitment results and address business needs
• Take a key role to initiate and support the implementation of company’s EVP strategy and Employer Branding roadmap in China
