Job Purpose

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle for construction, engineering, technical, project-based, and site-related positions. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring qualified candidates who can support project execution, site operations, technical departments, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for construction and technical roles, from manpower request to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding handover.
• Source candidates for engineering, project management, technical office, site, procurement, document control, cost control, accounting, administration, and support roles.
