Position Purpose
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Specialized Hiring will be identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for all tracks assigned and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client's hiring requirements as per agreed hiring process and turnaround time.
Recruitment Operations
- Performs end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation to onboarding for all assigned requisitions to him/her. Requisitions may primarily consist of complex to niche roles under Business Support Services, Knowledge Services, and Creative and Online Services
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking
