As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for:
• Ensure the Job description provided by the client and communicated by the Sales / Client Experience Team reflects the detail required to recruit effectively for the role including the top 5 requirements and the ‘nice to have’ skills.
• Ensure the role is accurately represented in the Job Ad and added to the ATS with all relevant information for reference during the end‑to‑end process.
• Liaise daily with the People & Partnership Team for your business sector to confirm the requirements for the active roles you are working on. Proactively relay any delays or blockages which may impact on the schedule so it can be communicated to the client.
