Job Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will operate as a strategic advisor to the business, leading end-to-end hiring while using AI, market intelligence, and data-driven insights to affect hiring strategy. This is not a purely delivery-focused role - you will move beyond requisition execution to proactively influence workforce planning and talent location strategy. You will play a meaningful role in embedding AI-enabled, insight-led recruiting practices and elevating how Talent Acquisition operates across the organisation.
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in our Barcelona office.
What You’ll Do
