- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and scaling organization.
- Strong ownership mindset: proactive, self-driven, and comfortable handling both executional and strategic work.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle using diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong understanding of role differentiation across functions, especially within technical and product-driven teams.
- Comfortable contributing beyond day-to-day recruitment into projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
