Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to tech or high-growth environments.
  2. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and scaling organization.
  3. Strong ownership mindset: proactive, self-driven, and comfortable handling both executional and strategic work.
  4. Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle using diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  5. Solid understanding and practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  7. Strong understanding of role differentiation across functions, especially within technical and product-driven teams.
  8. Comfortable contributing beyond day-to-day recruitment into projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
