As a Tailings Technology Lead, you'll oversee critical projects that integrate process, geotechnical, and water management aspects. Your expertise in tailings technologies will guide the development and execution of testing protocols, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best project outcomes.

• Directly lead tailings and waste management technology initiatives
• Develop and execute pilot-scale and laboratory testing programs
• Mentor engineers and laboratory staff in technical capabilities
