The Canadian Banking Products Engineering team is looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst, a liaison between business stakeholders and technology development teams. This role supports the Private Banking domain through technical documentation, delivery, and resolution of roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and technology landscape, maintain a holistic view on the domain’s current and future system needs.
• Document and ensure technical specifications for system or process changes are clear, accurate, and thorough.
• Ensure sign‑off and completeness of technical requirements from technology and business owners.
