Senior Systems Engineer

Morton is seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to lead and support our client's cloud and Microsoft environments. This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, and security of Microsoft technologies including Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, and Intune, with additional exposure to AWS, VMware, and Cisco technologies.

The Senior Engineer will serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, mentor Help Desk staff, and play a key role in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and larger IT initiatives. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and able to clearly communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical users.

This is a hybrid position, with regular onsite support at their Rockville, MD office.
