Senior Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to own and evolve the IT systems behind our drug discovery and development pipeline, and to lead the modernization of how we operate them. You'll shape the technical architecture across our hybrid cloud and on-prem environment, set the direction for where it goes next, and stay hands‑on in the systems you’re responsible for. We're looking for someone whose leadership shows up in their craft – through technical judgment, architectural thinking, and depth that others orient around.

How you might spend your days

• Design, build, and evolve IT systems supporting corporate, scientific, and manufacturing workloads; we have a hybrid environment including both cloud and on‑prem systems.
