Senior Systems Engineer

Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate Selector Software's usable AIOps analytics solution capabilities to prospects and customers using strong understanding of application and network protocols. Talk with customers to educate them on the use of the SelectorAI platform and ensure their success on the SelectorAI platform and work closely with our Enterprise prospects to determine technical requirements. Scope and architect customer deployments of the SelectorAI platform and Selector Software's usable AIOps analytics solution, along with troubleshooting technical challenges. Participate in POC with the customer and solution engineers to show value and outcomes of the AIOps solution leveraging SelectorAI platform by understanding various network and monitoring protocols such as SNMP, telemetry (gNMI), and other tools which would interop with the SelectorAI platform.
