Senior Systems Engineer– Occupant Positioning Mechatronics

**The Role**

At General Motors, we are advancing the in-vehicle experience through software-defined vehicle technologies, intelligent mechatronic systems, and intuitive digital interfaces. The Senior Systems Engineer – Occupant Positioning Mechatronics will lead System Engineering definition for occupant positioning features and supporting mechatronic systems across the vehicle. This role owns end-to-end system requirements, interfaces, APIs, feature behavior, and performance targets for customer-facing functions.

While the primary focus is occupant positioning and mechatronic systems, this role also works closely with infotainment software, UX/HMI, and seating engineering teams to define how features are represented, controlled, and validated through in-vehicle displays.
