Senior Systems Engineer – MSP

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This is a key role within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, where you will design, implement, and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructures. You'll work across workstations, servers, virtualization platforms, networking, firewalls, VPNs, cloud solutions, and backup systems. This position requires strong technical expertise, proven project leadership, and excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Workstations: Build OS installations, install/troubleshoot applications (Office, Adobe, database-driven).
• Servers: Configure RAID, update firmware, perform OS installs, NIC Teaming (Windows/ESXi).
• Virtualization: Create/manage VMs in VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and Azure.
• Networking: Configure/troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and LACP.
