**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Systems Engineer** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD** . This is an **onsite** position.
The Senior Systems Engineer will drive the development and sustainment of next-generation Navy Weapons Systems. They will serve as a technical linchpin, bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and Navy Acquisition Processes. Working directly with the Integrated Program Team Lead (IPTL), they will influence the entire lifecycle of critical defense assets—from pre-Milestone A analysis to high-stakes rapid acquisition and legacy sustainment.
