The Opportunity:

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in our technical delivery team to drive the technology programs, including Cloud implementation and support, desktop engineering escalation and networking for a defined portfolio of clients. Using latest and greatest technologies and solutions, you will support our client’s innovation by following a set of standards and best practices in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. In this capacity you will play a critical role in our rapidly expanding global support network. 

What you will do:

  • Provide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft /Azure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Intune)

  • Collaborate with, and act as a tier escalation point for Client Technology Management, Service Desk, Engineering, and other client support teams
