Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities Responsibilities & Deliverables: As a member of the Member of the Payments Application Operations team, your responsibilities and deliverables will include, but not limited to, are as follows: Create, upgrade, and maintain Production/UAT environments for payments products. Ensure uptime of applications as per agreed SLA Troubleshoot and fix Production/UAT issues reported by the Client and/or Implementation team within acceptable timelines. Participate in Disaster recovery exercises as per the schedule. Ability to debug system logs and produce technical solutions associated with data flow or processes involved or performance aspects. Work closely with the Implementation team to understand the process flow, and solution challenges if any, and work towards implementing & supporting a seamless integration between Finastra & Customer applications.
