Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and enhance enterprise Linux and Windows Server estates across physical, virtual (e.g., VMware), and cloud workloads, ensuring high availability and performance.

· Own end-to-end lifecycle for Dell PowerEdge and HP/HPE ProLiant servers, including provisioning, firmware/BIOS updates, driver baselines, hardware health, and remote management via iDRAC and iLO.

· Administer and optimize Dell/EMC storage platforms (for example, PowerStore, Unity/Unity XT, Isilon/PowerScale) including LUN/NFS/SMB provisioning, RAID, tiering, replication, snapshots, and performance tuning; manage SAN fabrics (zoning, multipath, HBAs).

· Operate Dell/EMC backup appliances and software (for example, Data Domain with DD Boost, NetWorker, Avamar), ensuring reliable backup/restore, retention policies, replication, DR readiness, and periodic recovery testing.
