Senior Systems Designer

Our client is building a new rewards and loyalty platform, inspired by the best free-to-play games but grounded in real money, trust, and long-term economics. They operate at the intersection of consumer apps, fintech, and gaming.

Their goal is simple but hard: build systems that compound value over time, for users, for advertisers and for the business. They move fast, they test in production, and they optimize for impact over perfection.

What you’ll do

You will design and own core product systems such as progression mechanics, passes, events, tiers, and time-based constraints, adapted from F2P games into a consumer rewards app context.

You will take high-level product ideas and turn them into concrete systems with clear rules, states, edge cases, and metrics.

You will write detailed specs, work closely with UI/UX and engineering, and follow features from concept to launch and iteration.
