- Lead the day-to-day operations of RPA support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and proactive monitoring of bot performance
- Manage and prioritize support queues, ensuring alignment with business-critical processes and SLAs.
- Maintain and report on key operational metrics such as bot uptime, incident resolution time, and support backlog
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive implementation of permanent fixes.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact production issues.
- Ensure all bots have up-to-date support documentation, schedules, and release records in JIRA and Confluence.
