A major healthcare client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Human Capital Management (HCM) systems—Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and UKG Dimensions (formerly UKG Workforce Pro). This is a critical role that ensures these platforms evolve with the organization’s needs through effective configuration, integration, and support.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in maintaining and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM and UKG Dimensions systems.

  • Configure and optimize UKG Dimensions modules (Time Tracking & Scheduling).

  • Manage CRT (Cross Reference Tables) and support system integrations.

  • Design and develop solutions using PeopleTools 8.58+ and PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

  • Support functional teams with system troubleshooting, user issue resolution, and performance tuning.
