Key Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirementbased business requirements and identify associated non-functional requirements for solution architecture.
• Identify gaps in business requirements and collaborate with end users to gather detailed information.
• Communicate and explain how proposed solutions will address business needs and objectives.
• Build a deep understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and expected outcomes.
• Understand product features and map functional requirements to out-of-the-box system capabilities.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend feasible working alternatives.
• Support product evaluation during the service definition phase.
• Manage updates and changes to requirements in coordination with the BTS team.
