Senior System Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for drafting, revising, and updating ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and other system documents.
Supervise system operations, conduct regular internal audits, identify process gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Track updates to industry regulations and standards (e.g., revised ISO standards, customer-specific requirements) to ensure compliance.
Organize and prepare for third-party certification audits (e.g., surveillance audits, recertification audits), compile audit materials, and follow up on non-conformities.
Analyze system performance data (e.g., quality target achievement rate, customer complaint rate), propose optimization solutions, and ensure implementation.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure system requirements are effectively executed in R&D, production, procurement, and other functions.
