Senior System Engineer

5+ years of experience at Level 2 support or higher, or demonstrable independent self-support capability.
MCSE and/or RHCE certification preferred.
Technical Competencies
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory & EntraID, hybrid sync, and Linux-Microsoft AD integration via Kerberos.
Administration and performance tuning of Microsoft, Linux, and VMware environments.
Proficient in PowerShell and Bourne shell scripting (candidates must provide best self-written scripts).
Expertise in Microsoft M365E3, especially Microsoft Graph.
Management of virtual memory, storage systems, file systems, system resources, and Microsoft SQL Engine.
Administration of IIS, LAMP, WAMP stacks, forward/reverse proxies (SquidCache, IIS).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2019, Azure/Entra, backup/restore strategies, WSUS, Nagios monitoring, event log analysis, licensing, updates, upgrades, and migrations.
