Become a key member of the Regional Technology Services team as a Senior System Administrator at Fairmont Royal York. Oversee IT systems, manage user support, and ensure operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Regional Director of IT in Central Canada, you'll focus on system administration and networking with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will troubleshoot help desk tickets, manage disaster recovery, maintain Wi-Fi equipment, and ensure PCI compliance while working alongside the IT team. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing technology services and contributing to regional IT initiatives.
