Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2–3 operational support for enterprise business applications.
- Monitor application performance, conduct troubleshooting, and manage incident response for application-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders for application updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Perform application configuration, permission management, and environment maintenance.
- Document support procedures, system configurations, and knowledge materials.
- Participate in application lifecycle management including testing, UAT, deployment, and version control.
- Support integrations, data flows, and scheduled jobs for supported applications.
- Provide input into architectural planning, upgrades, and operational improvements.
- Assist with change management activities and ensure successful deployment of updates.
