Senior Sustainability Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the social topics stream for B Lab certification, conducting gap diagnostics against the new standards, proposing structural improvements, and supporting responsible areas in designing and implementing initiatives — with a special focus on the supply chain — to ensure compliance with requirements, robustness of evidence, internal integration, and excellence in audit and certification processes.
• Conduct human rights due diligence processes, including identification of material issues, assessment and prioritization of risks and impacts, and definition and monitoring of prevention, mitigation and remediation plans. Ensure regulatory compliance, anticipate regulatory demands and manage liabilities, promoting ethical conduct and the protection of the dignity of affected people.
