An established organisation within the housing sector is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Surveyor to join its Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong surveyor with leadership experience to manage a small team while overseeing complex property repairs and building defects across a diverse residential portfolio.

This is a varied role where you'll provide expert technical advice on complex repairs, structural issues, damp and mould, and specialist works, helping to ensure homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
