About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join our clients Occupier Solutions team.
Due to continued growth, my client are seeking a Senior Surveyor to cover a diverse portfolio across two central and significant clients. This is a dynamic role that combines real estate expertise with strategic client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cost-effective operational management of client's portfolio.
  • Act as an intermediary between landlords, tenants, and third parties.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives for corporate occupiers.
