Senior Support Worker – Children’s Residential

Location: Holbeach

Salary: From £29,203 to £30,420 per annum PLUS additional £3k to £6k per year from sleep‑ins.

Hours: 39 per week, long days plus sleep‑ins.

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required.

We are looking for an experienced, resilient and nurturing Senior Children’s Support Worker to join our family home, caring for young people with complex emotional difficulties. You will provide encouragement, support during crises, and inspire the team to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 12 months children’s home experience and a level 3 qualification in residential childcare.
• Experience or knowledge of child‑centred therapeutic models.
