Creative Support is seeking an organised and dynamic individual to join our Supported Living Service in St. Helens. In this Full-Time role, you will provide essential support to residents with complex needs and help them achieve greater independence.

Your responsibilities include supporting residents in activities, providing personalised care, and mentoring the staff team. Full training is provided along with opportunities for career development and benefits including a probationary bonus and 28 days annual leave.
