Senior Support Worker

Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support across our client sites. The successful candidate will lead by example, support the day-to-day delivery of care, and assist in supervising support staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in line with their care plans. Support service users with personal care, daily living activities, and promoting independence. Lead, mentor, and support Support Workers during shifts. Monitor and update care records, reporting any concerns or changes in service users' needs. Administer or assist with medication in accordance with policies and procedures. Promote safeguarding, dignity, choice, and person-centred care.
