Senior Residential Support Worker – 2 Month Contract

Location: Hobbs Field, Horsham

Rate: £21.38 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: Temporary (2 Months)

Hours: 37 Hours per Week

Working Pattern: Shift rota covering Monday to Sunday (to be discussed at interview)

Pay: Bi-weekly

Requirements

• Experience in residential care, supported living, or social care environments.
• Experience supporting adults with mental health, physical health, or complex support needs.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support and motivate service users to achieve positive outcomes.
