Senior Support Executive

Overall:

• Provide Enterprise Application support and manage user expectations in the manufacturing & Sales environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level & second-level Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, SCM etc.) support to end users.
• To manage issues or change requests.
• Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification and Change Management report.
• To provide system training for users.
• To participate in system evaluation and testing (SIT/ UAT).
• Work closely with system users and deliver the project on schedule.
• To prepare periodic operation reports to management.
• Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for user that can meet or exceed expectations.
• To lead a team of junior engineers and provide guidance to the team members.
