Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Engineer to join the Data Center Power and Control Division ZPE Systems Team in Blumenau/SC, Brazil. ZPE Systems is looking for a talented and technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to work as an L3 Technical Support engineer. The Senior Support Engineer will troubleshoot technical issues, understand issues reported by customers and convey them to the Engineering team; when necessary, provide timely customer feedback and perform other related duties. The role also requires interaction with customers, creating written documentation, and delivering clear written and verbal communication.
