Job Description

WD in Penang is seeking a results-driven Supplier Quality Engineer to lead end-to-end supplier quality performance across key suppliers. You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and R&D to deploy robust strategies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in COPQ reduction and supply continuity.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in supplier quality, engineering degree, and proficiency in data analytics tools (Minitab, Spotfire, Power BI).
