About The Role

Reporting to the Superintendent, Mine Operations, the Senior Supervisor, Mine Operations is responsible for supervising and directing work related to drill and blast functions, pit dewatering, ground‑engaging tools and short‑range power while supporting the long‑term goals of the operation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to productively direct a team and build strong employee relations. They will be detail‑oriented, adaptable, energetic, and maintain a strong safety attitude. Demonstrated accountability and the ability to lead and work under pressure are essential.
