We are now looking for aSenior Supervisor to support our Kuala Ketil Manufacturing Operations. The role will lead shop-floor execution and oversee daily manufacturing operations across multiple lines or shifts to achieve safety, quality, and output targets. Operating as the primary execution partner to the Assistant Production Manager, this role drives shift efficiency, enforces strict regulatory compliance, and mentor junior supervisors and floor leaders to maintain continuous manufacturing flow.
