Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Superintendent to take a leadership role delivering some of the most complex, large-scale civil infrastructure projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This position is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who thrives in a hands‑on, high-impact environment and is driven by excellence in site execution.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of field operations on major infrastructure builds, such as wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, highways, tunnels, and dams—ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. You will guide teams through complex logistical challenges while acting as a key mentor to support the growth and development of site Superintendents and field staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership: Lead and direct all day-to-day site operations, ensuring absolute alignment with project scope, design specifications, and financial objectives.
